The REFLOW Project is an H2020 EU project that aims to develop circular and regenerative cities by enabling active citizen involvement as well as systemic change that promotes a re-thinking of the current approach to material flows in cities.

Eutropian  supports the Municipality of Milan in attaining the goals of what’s defined as Task 5.5 – Citizen Engagement and Capacity Building Strategies.
